Elder Flowers {Sambucus nigra}

Elder is most known for its immune stimulating berries, however the flowers are highly medicinal as well! Elder Flowers are anti-catarrhal, diuretic, and immune stimulating.  Elder Flowers are used in the treatment of influenza, bronchitis, diabetes, and constipation.
