When to use:

VISION may be used to promote eye clarity, correct vision problems, &/or as a preventative measure for overall eye health. FYI: The small amount of cayenne pepper in this blend may cause a slight burning sensation when using the eyewash topically.

Directions:

Internal Infusion:  Pour 250ml of freshly boiled water over 1-2 tsp of loose leaf dried Herb. Cover & let steep for ~10-15 minutes. Strain & enjoy! TIP: The longer the Herbs steep, the stronger & more potent your tisane will be.

Topical use: Let infusion cool to body temperature before use. Place infusion in an eye cup. Hold the eye cup to the eye with eyes wide open. Tilt the head backwards. Move eyes up & down, left & right to distribute eye wash. TIP: Be sure to use different eye cups for each eye.

Bayberry Bark {Myrica cerifera}, Eyebright Herb {Euphrasia officinalis}, Red Raspberry Leaf {Rubus idaeus}, Oregon Grape Root {Mahonia aquifolium}, Cayenne Pepper {Capsicum annuum}
